New NEPA Scene Open Mic T-shirt
$25.00
Soon after the launch of NEPA Scene in 2014, we started hosting open mic nights as a way to connect with the community and give every performer, at any stage of their career, a platform as well as free photos, videos, and publicity. The NEPA Scene Open Mic ended up becoming an essential part of our work over the last decade, helping artists grow, make connections, and get gigs while entertaining audiences in person and at home via our live stream.
While we've always had merchandise, we never offered an NEPA Scene Open Mic T-shirt before, so we rectified that this year with an intricate design by local artist Graydon Speace. A microphone is prominently featured in the center surrounded by the words "Tuesday Nights at The V-Spot" and lightning bolts on both sides, representing the raw energy of the performances. The mic cable forms a border that wraps around the entire oversized graphic, drawing the eye to little details like the Scranton "Electric City" sign, The V-Spot logo, a camera, and a heart around Northeastern Pennsylvania, representing our area proudly.
Printed locally by Futuristic Innovative Graphics in Wilkes-Barre, these Gildan Softstyle unisex shirts are the softest and most comfortable apparel we've ever offered. The black shirts are 100% cotton and, for the first time ever, we're offering a limited amount on heather royal blue, which is an even softer blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
Every dollar made from these T-shirts goes right back into funding NEPA Scene's interviews, articles, photos, videos, podcasts, and live streams, as well as our long-running NEPA Scene Open Mic events and new NEPA Scene Sessions acoustic music series. We rely on sponsors, advertising, and merchandise sales to stay afloat, so your purchase is greatly appreciated!
